Low-Carb Cinnamon Roll Pinwheels
A quick and easy alternative to traditional cinnamon rolls, made with a low-carb tortilla, cream cheese, and sweetener. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfect for a healthy sweet craving.

Ingredients
- 1 low-carb tortilla (standard size)
- 2 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 tbsp sweetener (author used allulose)
- 1 tbsp butter (melted, for brushing)
- 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream (for the glaze)
- 2 tbsp granulated sweetener (for the glaze (allulose))

In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and sweetener until well combined and set aside.

Soften the cream cheese and spread it evenly over the entire surface of the low-carb tortilla.

Sprinkle most of the cinnamon and sweetener mixture over the cream cheese and roll up the tortilla tightly.

Brush the outside of the roll with melted butter and sprinkle the remaining cinnamon and sweetener mixture on top.

Slice the roll into rounds to form the pinwheels.

Place the pinwheels in the air fryer and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 6 minutes until golden brown.

For the glaze, mix 1 tbsp of cream with a few tablespoons of granulated allulose until the desired consistency is reached and pour over the warm pinwheels.
Notes
This recipe tastes very similar to Cinnabon but in a keto-friendly version. You can adjust the amount of sweetener in the glaze according to your sweetness preference.
