Ingredients
- 4 oz lean ground beef (divided)
- 3 bacon (slices)
- 1 cheddar cheese (slice)
- 1 onion (whole slice)
- 4 pickles (slices)
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise (can be substituted with Greek yogurt for better macros)
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
- 1 tbsp dill relish
Steps
- 1
To prepare the homemade dressing, mix 3 tbsp of mayonnaise, 2 tbsp of mustard, 1 tbsp of sugar-free ketchup, and 1 tbsp of dill relish in a small bowl.
- 2
Take half of the ground beef and flatten it to form a thin burger patty.
- 3
Place the cheddar cheese slice, onion slice, pickles, and a bit of the homemade dressing on top of the meat.
- 4
Place the remaining ground beef on top of the filling.
- 5
Press the edges and shape them with your hands to completely seal the burger so the filling does not leak out.
- 6
Wrap the burger with the 3 slices of bacon, making sure to cover it well.
- 7
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- 8
Cook in the air fryer at 375°F for 15 minutes.
- 9
Remove the burger from the air fryer, serve with extra homemade dressing on the side, and enjoy.
