Ingredients
- 4 low-carb tortillas
- 1 cup fully cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)
- 0.5 block cream cheese (approximately 4 oz or 113 g)

- 0.25 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Steps
- 1
In a medium bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- 2
Spread a portion of the chicken mixture evenly onto each of the 4 low-carb tortillas.
- 3
Roll each tortilla tightly to form the taquitos.
- 4
Use a pastry brush to brush the outside of each taquito with the melted butter.
- 5
Place the taquitos in the air fryer basket.
- 6
Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy.
- 7
Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
Notes
Pro tip: You can also pan-fry these taquitos in oil for extra crispiness. If you don't like spicy food, you can substitute the buffalo sauce with a mild taco sauce.
