Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt (mayonnaise can also be used)
  • 0.25 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey

Steps

  1. 1

In a small bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise if you prefer the traditional version) with the sugar-free BBQ sauce.

  2. 2

Add the tablespoon of mustard and the tablespoon of honey to the mixture.

  3. 3

Whisk all ingredients with a hand whisk or a spoon until the sauce is completely smooth and well combined.

  4. 4

Serve immediately with chicken or store in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Notes

This sauce is an excellent low-calorie alternative to the original. If you want it to be even lower in carbs, you can substitute the honey with a sugar-free liquid sweetener to taste.
