Healthy High-Protein Homemade Chick-fil-A Sauce

Ingredients
- 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt (mayonnaise can also be used)
- 0.25 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp honey

In a small bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise if you prefer the traditional version) with the sugar-free BBQ sauce.

Notes
This sauce is an excellent low-calorie alternative to the original. If you want it to be even lower in carbs, you can substitute the honey with a sugar-free liquid sweetener to taste.
