These terms govern your use of the SeeMeCook app and services provided by Crescent Mission LLC.

Acceptance of Terms

By using SeeMeCook, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Account

You must sign in with a Google or Apple account to use SeeMeCook. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

Subscriptions

• SeeMeCook offers a free trial with limited imports. After the trial, a Pro subscription is required for continued imports.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the API
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the service
• Scrape or bulk-download recipes in violation of third-party rights

Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of recipes and content you create or import.
• By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content to provide the service.
• Recipes extracted from third-party websites remain subject to their respective copyrights.

AI-Generated Content

SeeMeCook uses AI to extract and format recipe data. AI output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing extracted recipes for accuracy.

Service Availability

We strive to keep SeeMeCook available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

SeeMeCook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crescent Mission LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
