Ingredients

  • 60 g Vanilla protein powder (The creator used Flex Brands vanilla protein powder.)
  • 40 g Peanut-butter cookie powder (PB Party ProteinCookieButter Powder.)
  • 30 g All-purpose flour
  • 20 g Almond flour
  • 10 g Coconut flour
  • 6 g Zero-calorie sweetener
  • 5 g Baking soda (Make sure it is not expired.)
  • Sea salt (Use a big pinch; approximately 1 g.)
  • 100 g Plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 60 g Sugar-free pancake syrup
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 30 g Mini chocolate chips

Steps

  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an oven-safe baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. 2

Add the vanilla protein powder, peanut-butter cookie powder, all-purpose flour, almond flour, coconut flour, zero-calorie sweetener, baking soda, and sea salt to a mixing bowl. Whisk thoroughly until evenly combined and free of clumps.

  3. 3

Add the Greek yogurt, sugar-free pancake syrup, and eggs to the dry mixture. Stir until the ingredients form a thick, cohesive cookie-dough batter with no dry pockets.

  4. 4

Add the mini chocolate chips and mix again until they are distributed throughout the dough.

  5. 5

Scoop the dough into 18–24 portions on the parchment-lined pan, leaving a little space between portions. Lightly wet your fingers, then press each dough ball into a cookie shape.

  6. 6

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for exactly 4 minutes. Do not bake longer; the cookies are intended to remain soft and gooey.

  7. 7

Remove the pan from the oven and let the cookies set for 15–30 minutes before eating. They will firm up as they cool while retaining a chewy texture.

Notes

The source emphasizes baking for exactly 4 minutes—nothing more—then allowing the cookies to set for 15–30 minutes. The recipe yields approximately 18–24 cookies; servings are estimated at 21 cookies. Nutrition is approximate because protein powder, peanut-butter powder, syrup, and sweetener vary by brand.
