French Vanilla Coffee Protein Shake
A high-protein, low-calorie coffee shake that tastes like a French vanilla latte. It packs over 50g of protein and a significant caffeine kick using instant coffee and Greek yogurt.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Fairlife fat free milk (ultra-filtered fat-free milk)
- 5.3 oz Dannon Light + Fit vanilla Greek yogurt (1 individual container)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (French vanilla flavor recommended)
- 2 tbsp instant coffee (such as Folgers; provides approx. 300-400mg caffeine)
- ice cubes (to taste/texture)

Pour 1 cup of Fairlife fat-free milk into a high-speed blender.

Add one 5.3 oz container of Dannon Light + Fit vanilla Greek yogurt to the blender.

Add 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder.

Add 2 tablespoons of instant coffee granules.

Add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.

Secure the lid and blend until the mixture is smooth and the ice is completely incorporated.

Notes
This shake is very high in caffeine (estimated 300-400mg). If you are sensitive to caffeine, consider using decaf instant coffee or reducing the amount to 1 tablespoon. For a thicker consistency, use more yogurt and slightly less milk.
