Ingredients

  • 1 box Sugar-free strawberry Jell-O gelatin (0.3 oz; gelatin powder)
  • 1 cup Non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 4 oz Light cream cheese (Softened)
  • 30 g Vanilla protein powder
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Light whipped topping (Such as Lite Cool Whip)
  • 0.5 cup Fresh strawberries (Diced; optional. Transcript says they are folded in; author’s written recipe labels them optional.)

Steps

  1. 1

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract together until completely smooth.

  2. 2

Add the strawberry gelatin powder, vanilla protein powder, and almond milk. Beat until fully combined.

  3. 3

Fold in the light whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.

  4. 4

Fold in the diced strawberries, if using.

  5. 5

Divide the mixture evenly among four small meal-prep cups and smooth the tops with a spoon.

  6. 6

Cover the cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

The written recipe lists strawberries as optional; the audio transcript says to fold them in and suggests adding more to taste. The source does not specify a chilling temperature.
