Greek Yogurt Chocolate Chip Scone

- 3 tbsp self-rising flour (heaping tablespoons; can be substituted with all-purpose flour plus 1/2 tsp of baking powder)
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (plain)
- chocolate chips (a handful)

Mix the self-rising flour, Greek yogurt, and chocolate chips in a bowl until a thick dough forms.

Use your hands to press the dough into a ball; it should be soft and smooth, not sticky. Add a little more flour if necessary.

To cook in an air fryer: cook at 180°C (350°F) for 12 to 15 minutes.

Notes
If you prefer a sweeter flavor, you can add a bit of sweetener or honey to the dough. You can also vary the ingredients using blueberries or cheddar cheese for a savory version. According to the author, it has approximately 12.5g of protein and less than 300 calories.
