Steps
In a cocktail shaker or mason jar, combine 2 teaspoons of instant espresso with 2 ounces of hot water and stir until dissolved.
Add the maple syrup, cinnamon sugar, and salted caramel syrup to the espresso mixture.
Fill the shaker with a generous amount of ice.
Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the espresso is chilled and a thick foam has formed.
Strain the shaken espresso into a glass filled with fresh ice.
Top the drink with your milk of choice, allowing it to marble with the coffee.
Notes
For a more authentic French toast flavor, you can add a drop of vanilla extract. Adjust the sweetness by increasing or decreasing the maple and caramel syrups.
