Cream cheese and sugar-free chocolate chips are shaped into bites, frozen, then coated in egg and peanut butter powder before air frying. A low-carb treat with a chocolate-and-peanut-butter flavor; handle gently, especially just after cooking.

Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 220 g before cooking, which is about 110 g per serving.

Steps

  1. Mix the cream cheese and sugar-free chocolate chips together.

  2. Form the mixture into balls.

  3. Freeze the balls for a couple of hours.

  4. Beat the egg to make an egg wash if it has not already been beaten. Dip the frozen balls in the egg wash.

  5. Coat the egg-dipped balls with peanut butter powder.

  6. Air fry at 400°F (200 °C) (about 205°C (400 °F)) for 5 minutes.

  7. Remove the bites from the air fryer and enjoy. Handle them gently, especially right after cooking, because they may not hold their shape perfectly.

Notes

The chocolate-chip quantity is given as a range of 3–4 tbsp. The post calls the chocolate chips “SF” (sugar-free).
