Steps
Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain it and set it aside for adding to the sauce.
Cube the chicken breasts and season them to taste with Kinder’s Cowboy Butter Seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, Slap Ya Mama seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle the olive oil into a skillet and heat over medium-high. Add the seasoned chicken and cook, turning as needed, until golden and fully cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74 °C) (74°C (165 °F)).
Transfer the cooked chicken to a plate. Lower the skillet heat to medium-low.
Melt the butter in the same skillet. Add the same seasonings used on the chicken, to taste, along with the Dijon mustard.
Pour in the heavy whipping cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Sprinkle in the mozzarella, Parmesan, and pepper jack. Stir until the cheeses melt and the sauce is creamy; add a splash more heavy cream if needed.
Add the cooked pasta and chicken back to the skillet. Toss until everything is coated, then serve.
Notes
The creator did not measure the seasonings; adjust all of them to taste. The cream amount includes a splash more if needed. The source does not specify exact seasoning amounts or a pasta shape.
