Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 2.52 kg before cooking, which is about 420 g per serving.
Steps
Wash the potatoes, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet on the stovetop. Drain off the excess grease.
Add the pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, beef broth, and almost all of the garlic Parmesan sauce to the crockpot, reserving a little sauce for serving.
Add the browned beef and cut potatoes to the crockpot carefully.
Stir everything together until the potatoes and beef are coated and the seasonings are distributed.
Cover and cook on high for 3–4 hours or on low for 6–7 hours. The dish can sit a little longer if needed.
When the cooking is done, add the mozzarella, if using.
Stir well to incorporate the mozzarella.
Top with a little Parmesan and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with the reserved garlic Parmesan sauce and sour cream available as optional toppings.
Notes
The creator says other vegetables may be added, but does not specify which or how much. The video does not state a quantity for the optional Parmesan, extra sauce, sour cream, or finishing parsley. Nutrition estimates for the bottled sauce vary substantially by product; the values here are approximate.
