Preheat the oven to 375°F (190 °C) (190°C (375 °F)).
Cut the biscuits into quarters using kitchen shears or a knife.
Brown the Italian sausage on the stovetop.
Place the quartered biscuit pieces in a 13 × 9-inch pan.
Add the pizza sauce to the pan. Alfredo sauce can be used instead.
Add the browned sausage and as much pepperoni and any desired vegetables or other meat as you like. No amounts are given for the pepperoni or optional additions.
Add 1 cup of the mozzarella, the garlic powder, and the optional crushed red pepper and Italian seasoning. Mix carefully, then spread the mixture evenly in the pan.
Sprinkle the reserved 1 cup of mozzarella evenly over the top.
Cover the pan with foil and bake for 15–20 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for another 15–20 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
Notes
The transcript does not specify the size or brand of biscuit cans, a quantity for pepperoni, or amounts for optional vegetables or additional meat. The video OCR also mentions sautéing, but the transcript does not clearly identify what is sautéed; this is not included as a separate ingredient or step.
