Ingredients
- 500 g chicken
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- salt (to taste; for seasoning chicken and sauce)
- black pepper (to taste; for seasoning chicken and sauce)
- 1 tsp paprika
- all-purpose flour (maida) (for coating)
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- crushed cornflakes (for coating)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic (cloves, finely chopped)
- 3 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 5 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp honey (2–3 tbsp depending on how sweet you like it; quantity set to minimum)
- ranch dressing (for serving on the side)
Steps
- 1
Add the chicken, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika to a bowl. Mix well to season the chicken evenly.

Coat each piece of chicken in all-purpose flour, dip it into the beaten eggs, then cover it with crushed cornflakes.

Arrange the coated chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer. Air-fry at 180°C for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden, crispy, and cooked through.
- 4
In a pan over medium-low heat, melt the butter.
- 5
Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- 6
Add the sriracha, ketchup, and honey. Season with salt and black pepper, mix well, and simmer for 1–2 minutes.
- 7
Toss the crispy chicken in the sauce until every piece is evenly coated.
- 8
Serve immediately, with ranch dressing on the side.
