Ingredients
- 50 g Rolled oats
- 300 ml Water
- Sweetener flavoring (To taste; the author indicates a 0-kcal flavoring.)
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 100 g Raspberries
- 25 g Sugar-free chocolate (To melt for the topping.)
- 10 g Sugar-free white chocolate (To melt for decoration.)
- 2 Franui (For the final decoration; Franui are chocolate-covered raspberries.)
- Coconut oil (Optional: add a splash to the melted chocolate for a crunchier topping.)
Steps
- 1
Place the raspberries in a pan and cook them over medium heat until they soften and begin to break down, forming a soft, slightly juicy layer. Set aside.
- 2
Pour the rolled oats and water into a microwave-safe container or a saucepan.
- 3
Cook the oats for about 3–4 minutes, either in the microwave or in the saucepan, until the water is absorbed and the mixture reaches a creamy porridge consistency.
- 4
Add the sweetener flavoring to the hot porridge and stir thoroughly to distribute it evenly.
- 5
Add the Greek yogurt and mix well until smooth and creamy.
- 6
Transfer the porridge to a bowl or container and spread the softened raspberries over the top.
- 7
Melt the sugar-free chocolate. If you want a crunchier topping, stir a splash of coconut oil into the melted chocolate.
- 8
Pour the melted chocolate over the raspberry layer, covering as much of the surface as possible.
- 9
Allow the porridge to cool until the surface is no longer hot and the chocolate begins to set.
- 10
Melt the sugar-free white chocolate and use it to decorate the surface. Finish with the Franui and, if desired, a few additional raspberries.
- 11
Let the dessert rest until the chocolate topping has completely set, then serve.
