Steps
In a glass or small pitcher, combine 2-3 teaspoons of instant espresso with 3 ounces of water. Stir until the espresso is completely dissolved.
Add 1 tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 cup of milk, 3 drops of mint extract, 1 teaspoon of chocolate syrup, and a pinch of salt to the coffee mixture.
Froth or stir the mixture vigorously until well combined and slightly foamy.
Fill a serving glass with ice cubes.
Pour the vanilla mint chocolate coffee mixture over the ice and serve immediately.
Notes
The author specifically recommends Nescafe Gold Vanilla for the espresso component to enhance the vanilla profile. Adjust the mint extract carefully as it is very potent.
