Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 1.03 kg before cooking, which is about 175 g per serving.
Steps
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the cubed chicken breast to the skillet with some olive oil.
Season the chicken with the salt, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir well so the seasoning coats the chicken.
Cook the chicken until it is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74 °C).
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls together as a connected slab if possible.
Add a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese to the bottom half of the rolls.
Top the mozzarella with the cooked chicken.
Drizzle barbecue sauce over the chicken.
Top with the shredded Colby Jack cheese.
Sprinkle the crumbled cooked bacon and crispy onions over the cheese.
Place the tops of the rolls over the assembled sliders.
Mix the melted butter with the garlic powder and dried parsley.
Brush the garlic-parsley butter over the tops of the sliders.
Bake the sliders at 350°F (180 °C) for 10–15 minutes, until heated through and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and serve.
Notes
The amounts of olive oil, barbecue sauce, and crispy onions were not specified in the source, so typical estimates are provided for nutrition purposes. The transcript says to bake for about 15 minutes; the written instructions give a range of 10–15 minutes.
