Ingredients
- 100 g Small rolled oats
- 80 g Tomatoes
- Basil (As needed)
- Salt (As needed)
- Spices (To taste)
- Feta or mozzarella (Optional; add to taste for a more complete meal)
Steps
- 1
Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C. Prepare a sheet of parchment paper sized to fit the basket.

Place the tomatoes, rolled oats, and basil in a blender jug. Add salt and spices to taste.
- 3

- 5
Transfer the parchment paper with the mixture to the air fryer basket. Cook at 200 °C for 15 minutes, until the surface is dry and crisp.
- 6
Allow to cool briefly, then break or divide the crisp mixture into crackers and serve. For a more complete meal, add feta or mozzarella.
