Ingredients
- 4 Rice paper wrappers
- 2 Eggs
- 240 g Lean ground beef (Divided and shaped into 2 burgers weighing 120 g each)
- 2 fette Cheddar
- Pickles
- Sesame seeds
- Salt (To taste)
- 30 g Greek yogurt (For the sauce)
- 15 g Zero-sugar ketchup (For the sauce)
- 8 g Light mayonnaise (For the sauce)
- 4 g Pickle juice (For the sauce)
- Smoked paprika (For the sauce, to taste)
- Pepper (For the sauce, to taste)
- Oil (For lightly greasing the pan)
Steps
- 1
Divide the ground beef into two 120 g portions and shape them into two burgers.
- 2
Heat a pan thoroughly and lightly grease it with oil.
- 3
Cook the burgers in the hot pan, then season them with salt.
- 4
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, zero-sugar ketchup, light mayonnaise, pickle juice, smoked paprika, and pepper to prepare the sauce.
- 5
Beat the eggs in a bowl. Dip the rice paper wrappers, one at a time, into the beaten eggs, coating both sides.
- 6
Place two rice paper wrappers on top of each other in a bowl and wait a few seconds, until they become soft and pliable. Do not press them while they are still stiff, as they may tear.
- 7
Add a slice of cheddar, one cooked burger, half of the sauce, and the pickles.
- 8
Gently fold all the edges of the rice paper wrappers toward the center, pressing to seal the burger well.
- 9
Turn the parcel out of the bowl and place it in the air fryer basket with the seam side down. Add the sesame seeds.
- 10
Cook at 190 °C for approximately 8 minutes, turning the burgers during the last 3 minutes of cooking.
