Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas (rinsed and drained if using canned)
- 0.33 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 0.33 cup dark chocolate chips

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a blender or food processor, combine the cooked chickpeas, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and baking powder.

Blend the mixture until it is completely smooth and no whole chickpeas remain.

Transfer the blended dough into a mixing bowl and stir in the dark chocolate chips by hand.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

Scoop the dough onto the tray to form about 10 cookies, then flatten each one slightly with the back of a spoon or your fingers.

Notes
