- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 0.33 cup milk
- 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning (to liking)

- black pepper (to liking)
- 0.25 tsp garlic powder (to liking)
- 0.33 cup cheddar cheese (divided; shredded)
- 1 tbsp green onions (chopped, for garnish (optional))
