- 400 g beef (sirloin) (cut into cubes)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (divided)
- 0.5 tsp paprika
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 100 g sour cream
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tsp lemon juice (for the sauce)

Season the beef cubes with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 1/2 tsp paprika.
