Ingredients
- 300 g raw shrimp (Peeled and chopped)
- 1 lata refrigerated dough (Crescent roll dough or puff pastry; approximately one 250 g can)
- 100 g cream cheese (Softened)
- 60 g Parmesan cheese (Grated)
- 2 dientes garlic (Minced; approximately 6 g total)
- 1 tbsp butter (Melted, for brushing)
- 0.5 tsp sweet paprika
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (Chopped; optional, for garnish)
Steps
- 1
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- 2
In a bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- 3
Mix until all the ingredients are incorporated and the filling is creamy and evenly combined.
- 4
Roll out the refrigerated dough on a work surface. Cut it into similarly sized triangles or rectangles.
- 5
Place a portion of the shrimp mixture on each piece of dough, avoiding overfilling so the filling does not spill out.
- 6
Roll each piece tightly, starting from the widest end if using triangles, and place the rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- 7
Brush the surface of each roll with the melted butter.
- 8
Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the dough is golden and the shrimp is fully cooked. The center should be hot and the shrimp opaque, not translucent.
- 9
Garnish with the chopped parsley, if desired, and serve the rolls hot.
