Ingredients

  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 130 g Chocolate Chip-flavored oat flour
  • 40 ml Egg white
  • Dark chocolate chips (to taste)
  • 5 g Baking powder

Steps

  1. 1

Pour the Greek yogurt, oat flour, and egg white into a bowl. Mix until you obtain a uniform dough; the transcript indicates working it until it forms a firm ball.

  2. 2

Add the baking powder and dark chocolate chips. Mix until you obtain a smooth, homogeneous dough.

  3. 3

Lightly moisten your hands. Divide the dough into four portions and shape them into pangoccioli; place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.

  4. 4

Cook in the air fryer at 160 °C for approximately 12 minutes, or in a preheated conventional oven at 180 °C for approximately 15–18 minutes.

  5. 5

Allow the pangoccioli to cool slightly before enjoying them.

Notes

The quantity of chocolate chips is indicated only as needed. The transcript describes dividing the dough into four portions, while the written description does not specify the number of pieces.
