Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Bake

Ingredients
- 1 lb Cellentani Pasta (cooked according to package directions)
- 1 lb rotisserie chicken (cooked and shredded)
- 15 oz Alfredo Sauce (1 jar)
- 1 Ranch seasoning packet (standard 1 oz packet)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 6 bacon (cooked and crumbled, divided)
- Parsley (for garnish)

Steps

Cook at least 6 pieces of bacon in a skillet or oven until crispy. Chop into small pieces and set aside.

Boil one pound of Cellentani pasta in salted water according to the directions on the package until al dente. Drain well.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.

Pour the cooked pasta into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

Add about 1 lb of shredded rotisserie chicken, one 15 oz jar of Alfredo sauce, and the ranch seasoning packet to the pasta.

Add a portion of the shredded mozzarella, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon to the dish.

Stir everything together well until the pasta is evenly coated and the ingredients are distributed.

Top the mixture with the remaining cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and crumbled bacon.

Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes
Using a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken makes this a very fast meal. You can also use leftover chicken or cook chicken breasts separately if preferred.
