Ingredients
- 2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (Approximately 450 g in total; even thickness)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil (To lightly coat the chicken)
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp Onion powder
- Salt (To taste)
- Ground black pepper (To taste)
Steps
- 1
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. If they are uneven in thickness, gently pound them to approximately 2 to 3 cm thick to ensure even cooking.
- 2
Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C for 3 to 5 minutes.
- 3
Place the chicken in a bowl. Add the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the seasonings well on all sides of the chicken breasts.
- 4
Place the chicken breasts in the basket in a single layer, leaving space between them for air circulation.
- 5
Cook at 200 °C for 9 minutes. Flip the chicken breasts and continue cooking for 7 to 10 minutes, depending on thickness, until they are golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 74 °C in the thickest part.
- 6
Remove the chicken and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing. This helps to retain its juices.
Notes
The original post does not show a list of ingredients, quantities, or detailed instructions; the seasonings, times, and temperature are an indicative reconstruction. The creator's comment indicates that it can also be cooked in the oven or grilled in a pan. For the oven, cook at 200 °C until it reaches 74 °C internally; in a pan, cook over medium heat until fully cooked.
