Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before handling.
- 7

Notes
It keeps for up to a week in the refrigerator. It can also be prepared with chicken breast following the same procedure. It is essential to let it cool well so the cut is clean and the texture is correct.
