- 4 dientes Garlic, minced
- Tajín (To taste; use more to finish the dip.)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 cup Farmer cheese (Spread as the base on a plate; Lifeway Kefir farmer cheese was used.)
- Cilantro, chopped (To taste; approximately a small handful.)
- 0.5 Lime (Squeeze over the dip.)
- Tortilla chips (For serving; amount to taste.)

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Melt the butter and add the drained corn, chopped onion, and garlic. Sauté, stirring frequently, until the mixture is golden and fragrant, approximately 5 to 7 minutes.

Add Tajín to taste and cook for a few more minutes, until the corn is well seasoned and the butter has been incorporated.

Place the farmer cheese on a large plate and spread it into an even base.

Top the cheese with the sautéed corn mixture. Finish with more Tajín, chopped cilantro, and the juice of half a lime.
