No-bake layered bars with a sticky chickpea-and-date base, creamy cannellini bean caramel, and dark chocolate topping. The creator describes them as sweet, satisfying, and surprisingly free of a noticeable bean taste.

Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 890 g before cooking, which is about 90 g per serving.
Steps
Add the chickpeas, crushed rice cakes, pitted dates, banana, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to a food processor. Blend until the mixture forms a sticky dough. The transcript says to add more rice cakes if needed, but does not specify how many.
Line a container or tray with parchment paper. Transfer the base mixture to it and press it firmly into an even layer.
Add the cannellini beans, pitted dates, and a pinch of salt to a food processor. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Transfer the caramel to a small pan and heat over medium heat until thick and bubbly, as described in the transcript.
Spread the caramel evenly over the base layer.
Melt the dark chocolate, then pour it over the caramel layer.
Sprinkle a tiny pinch of salt over the chocolate.
Freeze for a couple of hours, or until firm. The transcript says this batch was left freezing overnight.
Once firm, remove from the tray and slice into 10 bars.
