Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 1.31 kg before cooking, which is about 220 g per serving.

Steps

  1. Add the frozen meatballs to a crockpot.

  2. Pour in the jar of Alfredo sauce and add the milk, pepper, oregano, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.

  3. Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and Parmesan cheese, then stir everything well.

  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, until heated through and the sauce is creamy.

  5. If oil from the sun-dried tomatoes causes the sauce to separate, stir in another splash of milk before serving.

  6. Top with additional Parmesan and dried parsley. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.

Notes

The source gives no quantities for the dried parsley, extra topping Parmesan, or serving accompaniment. The transcript suggests 4–6 hours on low, but the written recipe specifies 4 hours.
