Ingredients

  • 1 lb Cellentani Pasta (boiled according to package directions)
  • 1 lb Cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken recommended)
  • 15 oz Alfredo Sauce (1 jar)
  • 1 Ranch seasoning packet (standard 1 oz packet)
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1.5 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 6 Bacon (cooked and crumbled; divided)
  • Parsley (for garnish)
  • Cooking spray (to grease the baking dish)

Steps

  1. 1

Cook at least 6 pieces of bacon until crispy, then chop into small pieces.

  2. 2

Boil one pound of Cellentani pasta in a large pot of salted water according to the directions on the package.

  3. 3

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.

  4. 4

Pour the cooked and drained pasta into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

  5. 5

Add about 1 lb of rotisserie chicken, one 15 oz jar of Alfredo sauce, and the ranch seasoning packet to the pasta.

  6. 6

Add some of the mozzarella cheese, some of the cheddar cheese, and some of the crumbled bacon to the dish.

  7. 7

Stir everything together well until the pasta is evenly coated and the ingredients are distributed.

  8. 8

Top the mixture with the remaining cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and crumbled bacon.

  9. 9

Bake at 375°F for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  10. 10

Garnish with parsley, serve, and enjoy!

Notes

Using a rotisserie chicken makes this recipe much faster. You can use any short pasta shape, but Cellentani (corkscrew) holds the sauce well.
