Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 735 g before cooking, which is about 185 g per serving.
Steps
Season the chicken breast cubes with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl, ensuring each piece is well coated.
Dredge the chicken pieces in the flour, shaking off the excess to ensure a thin and even coating.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Fry the chicken in batches until golden and crispy on all sides and cooked through, approximately 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the chicken and set aside on paper towels.
In the same skillet (cleaned or with excess oil removed), melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant, taking care not to burn it.
Return the fried chicken to the skillet and toss well to coat it with the garlic butter.
Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over the chicken and toss until the cheese begins to melt and form a light sauce.
Remove from heat, garnish with fresh chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
For crispier results, ensure the oil is hot before adding the chicken. You can substitute the flour with cornstarch for a gluten-free version.
