Ingredients
- 40 g rolled oats (rolled oats)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (chia seeds)
- 125 g low-fat stracciatella quark (low-fat stracciatella quark or yogurt)
- 30 ml skim milk (skim milk, divided (approx. 2 tbsp))
- 25 g milk chocolate (milk chocolate, divided (5g finely chopped, 20g for melting))
- 1 vanilla flavor shot (vanilla flavor shot or extract)
Steps
- 1
In a bowl, combine the oats, chia seeds, stracciatella quark, 2 tablespoons of the skim milk, and the vanilla flavor shot.
- 2
Mix everything thoroughly. If the mixture seems too thick, add the remaining tablespoon of milk and optionally 1 tablespoon of water (keep in mind the chia seeds will expand and thicken the mixture further overnight).
- 3
Finely chop 5 grams of the milk chocolate into ultra-fine pieces and stir them into the oat mixture.
- 4
Transfer the mixture into a small serving bowl (approximately 11 cm in diameter).
- 5
Melt the remaining 20 grams of milk chocolate using a double boiler (au bain-marie).
- 6
Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the top of the oat mixture in the bowl to create a shell.
- 7
Place the bowl in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, but preferably overnight, to allow the oats to soften and the chocolate to set.
