Ingredients

  • 1 oz French vanilla instant pudding packet (3.4 oz packet)
  • 1 oz cheesecake instant pudding packet (3.4 oz packet)
  • 4 cup cold whole milk
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract (for the pudding base)
  • 16 oz heavy cream (whipped)
  • 0.33 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (for the whipped cream)
  • 4 large bananas (sliced)
  • 16 oz strawberries (sliced)
  • 1.5 cup honey graham crackers (crushed)
  • 2 cup vanilla wafers
  • 16 oz plain cheesecake (cut into chunks)
  • strawberry syrup (for drizzle (measure with your heart))

Steps

  1. 1

In a large bowl, combine one 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk with 4 cups of cold whole milk. Whisk until fully combined.

  2. 2

Add 1 packet of French vanilla pudding mix and 1 packet of cheesecake pudding mix to the same bowl. Mix until smooth.

  3. 3

Cover the bowl and refrigerate the pudding mixture for 25 minutes to allow it to set.

  4. 4

In a separate large bowl, combine 16oz cold heavy cream, 1/3 cup powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Whip until stiff peaks form.

  5. 5

Remove the set pudding mixture from the refrigerator. Gently fold in the whipped cream a little at a time until fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.

  6. 6

In a large serving dish, line the bottom with a mixture of vanilla wafers and graham crackers.

  7. 7

Add a layer of the pudding mixture, spreading it evenly over the cookies.

  8. 8

Top the pudding layer with sliced strawberries, sliced bananas, crushed cookies, cheesecake chunks, and a drizzle of strawberry syrup.

  9. 9

Repeat the layers (cookies, pudding, fruit/cheesecake/syrup) until the dish is nearly full.

  10. 10

Finish with the remaining pudding on top. Drizzle more strawberry syrup and use a knife or spoon to create gentle swirls in the surface.

  11. 11

Cover the dish and refrigerate overnight for the best flavor and texture.

  12. 12

Before serving, garnish the top with the remaining crushed cookies, a few whole cookies, fresh strawberries, cheesecake chunks, and a final strawberry drizzle.

Notes

For the best results, ensure the heavy cream and milk are very cold before starting. Refrigerating overnight is essential for the cookies to soften into a cake-like texture.
