Ingredients

  • 1 lb minced chicken (finely chopped or ground)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 2 jalapeños (seeded and diced)
  • 0.25 cup bacon bits (cooked and chopped)
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour (to bind the mixture)
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)

    In a large bowl, combine the minced chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, bacon bits, flour, cream cheese, and egg.

Notes

They can be served with ranch dressing or sour cream to complement the spice. If you prefer less heat, make sure to remove all seeds and membranes from the jalapeños.
