Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 lemon juice (the juice of one lemon)
  • cilantro (chopped to taste)
  • 1 can tuna in olive oil (Premium tuna fillets)
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • paprika (to taste)
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1 can tuna in sunflower oil (Premium tuna fillets)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
  • 1 avocado (ripe)
  • 2 tbsp red onion (chopped)
  • 1 lemon juice (the juice of one lemon)
  • 1 can tuna in sunflower oil (Premium tuna fillets)

Steps

  1. 1

For the Ceviche-Style Dip: In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, and 1 tbsp cream cheese.

  2. 2

Add 3 tbsp finely chopped red onion, the juice of 1 lemon, and fresh chopped cilantro to taste.

  3. 3

Fold in 1 can of tuna fillets in olive oil and mix well until a smooth consistency is achieved.

  4. 4

For the Sun-Dried Tomato Dip: In a food processor or blender, place 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, 0.5 cup Greek yogurt, and 2 tbsp cream cheese.

  5. 5

Season with paprika and salt to taste. Process until the tomatoes are well integrated.

  6. 6

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in 1 can of tuna fillets in sunflower oil and chopped cilantro. Mix by hand.

  7. 7

For the Avocado Dip: In a blender, place 1 cup Greek yogurt, the flesh of 1 avocado, 2 tbsp red onion, the juice of 1 lemon, and cilantro.

  8. 8

Blend until a smooth cream is formed and pour into a bowl.

  9. 9

Add 1 can of tuna fillets in sunflower oil and a bit more fresh cilantro. Mix to integrate the tuna without completely breaking it apart.

  10. 10

Serve the dips accompanied by crackers, toast, arepas, or plantain chips (patacones).

Notes

You can adjust the texture of the dips by adding a little more Greek yogurt if you prefer them lighter. Refrigerating for 30 minutes before serving is recommended so the flavors can settle.
