Ingredients
- 40 g oats (rolled oats)
- 50 ml almond milk (almond milk)
- 200 g low-fat quark (low-fat quark or Greek yogurt)
- 1 scoop flavor powder (white chocolate flavor (e.g., ESN Flavor Powder))
- 10 g chia seeds (chia seeds)
- 70 g cherry pie filling (cherry pie filling, divided)
- 1 Bastogne biscuit (speculoos-style biscuit, crumbled)
Steps
- 1
In a bowl or container, combine the 40g oats, 50ml almond milk, 200g low-fat quark, flavor powder, and 10g chia seeds.
- 2
Add 40g of the cherry pie filling to the mixture and stir everything together until well combined.
- 3
Cover the container and place it in the refrigerator for at least a few hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the oats and chia seeds to thicken.
- 4
Before serving, top the oats with the remaining 30g of cherry pie filling.
- 5
Crumble one Bastogne biscuit over the top for crunch and serve.
