Ingredients
- 45 g oats (rolled oats)
- 80 ml (almond) milk (almond milk or milk of choice)
- 50 ml coffee (can substitute with decaf or zero-sugar chocolate milk)
- 150 g low-fat quark (low-fat quark or Greek yogurt)
- 25 g protein powder (author uses ESN Designer Whey Cinnamon Cereal)
- cocoa powder (for dusting)
- grated chocolate (optional topping)
Steps
- 1
In a bowl or jar, combine the oats, milk, coffee, quark, and protein powder.
- 2
Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
- 3
Place the mixture in the refrigerator and let it set overnight to allow the oats to soften.
- 4
Before serving, sprinkle the top with cocoa powder and optionally some grated chocolate.
Notes
The author notes that coffee can be replaced with decaf or zero-sugar chocolate milk for a different flavor profile. The protein powder used is Cinnamon Cereal flavored, which complements the tiramisu theme.
