- 10 g Sugar (Can substitute with erythritol)
- 5 g Baking powder (Baking powder)
- Protein chocolate cream (As needed for filling)

Steps

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, all-purpose flour, sugar (or erythritol), and baking powder.
- 2
Mix the ingredients together and knead until a smooth, uniform dough ball forms.

Divide the dough into four equal parts.
- 4
Roll each piece of dough into a square shape.
- 5
Place a portion of the protein chocolate cream in the center of each square.
- 6
Fold the dough over the filling to close it, creating the characteristic 'flauti' shape (typically a rectangle with decorative slits or folds as shown in the video).
- 7
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 8
Brush the tops of the pastries with egg yolk or a little milk for a golden finish.
- 9
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until golden brown.
- 10
Remove from the oven and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
This recipe is yeast-free and requires no rising time. If the dough is too sticky, you may need a little extra flour depending on the consistency of the Greek yogurt used. For a gluten-free version, one user suggested using oat flour and adding 20g of clarified butter to prevent the dough from being too hard.
