Ingredients

  • 100 g Tofu (drained)
  • 2 Soft-boiled eggs
  • 1.5 Crab sticks (1-2 pieces)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Dried seaweed (Gim) (for serving)

Steps

  1. 1

Remove the moisture from 100g of tofu. Tip: Microwaving the tofu for 30 seconds helps remove the characteristic soy smell and makes it easier to drain the excess water.

  2. 2

In a bowl, combine the drained tofu, 2 soft-boiled eggs, and 1-2 crab sticks.

  3. 3

Add a pinch of salt and mash the ingredients together until well combined.

  4. 4

Season with black pepper and crushed red pepper flakes if desired.

  5. 5

Serve by wrapping the mixture in pieces of dried seaweed (Gim).

Notes

For a more filling meal, you can serve this over rice like a tofu soboro bowl. It is highly recommended to eat this with dried seaweed for the best flavor profile.
