Ingredients
- 1.5 Ribeye Steaks (Thick cut, cleaned and cut into thick bite-sized pieces)
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Garlic (Minced)
- 3 tbsp Garlic & Herb Butter (Kerrygold brand recommended; plus extra for finishing)
- Prime Steak Seasoning (Kinders brand recommended; for seasoning steak)
- The Steak Blend Seasoning (Kinders brand recommended; for seasoning steak)
- Onion Powder (To taste)
- Paprika (To taste)
- Parsley (For garnish)
Steps
- 1
Clean the ribeye steaks and cut them into thick, bite-sized pieces.
- 2
Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels and season them generously with Prime Steak seasoning, The Steak Blend, onion powder, and paprika.
- 3
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 4
Add 3 tablespoons of Garlic & Herb butter to the skillet and let it melt.
- 5
Add the steak bites to the skillet and sear for 3-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- 6
Remove the steak bites from the pan and set them aside on a plate to rest.
- 7
In the same skillet used for the steak, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 8
Pour in the heavy whipping cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese.
- 9
Let the sauce simmer, stirring occasionally, until it has thickened to your liking.
- 10
Add a little more garlic & herb butter to the sauce for extra flavor and richness.
- 11
Return the steak bites to the pan to coat with the sauce, or serve the sauce over the steak. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Patting the steak dry is essential for achieving a good sear. You can adjust the thickness of the sauce by simmering it longer for a thicker consistency or adding a splash more cream to thin it out.
