Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken wings
  • 3 dientes Garlic (For crushing)
  • Salt (A little)
  • Parsley (A little)
  • 1 vaso Lemon juice
  • Extra-virgin olive oil (A generous drizzle)

Steps

  1. 1

Arrange the chicken wings in a baking tray in a single layer.

  2. 2

Bake at 180 °C, with top and bottom heat, placing the tray in the center of the oven, until the wings are nicely browned. They will release liquid at first; continue baking until browned.

  3. 3

While the wings bake, put the three garlic cloves and a little salt in a mortar. Crush them to form a paste.

  4. 4

Add a little parsley to the mortar and crush it to incorporate it into the garlic paste.

  5. 5

Pour in a glass of lemon juice and a generous drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil. Stir until combined.

  6. 6

Take the tray out of the oven and brush the wings with the garlic and lemon mixture.

  7. 7

Return them to the oven at the same temperature for a couple more minutes. Then serve.

Notes

The video does not specify the weight of the wings or exact quantities of parsley, salt, or oil. It also does not say how long the initial baking takes; bake the wings until nicely browned.
