Ingredients

  • 14 oz Graham crackers
  • 8 oz Cream cheese (Softened)
  • 2 boxes Instant vanilla pudding mix (Two 3.4-ounce boxes)
  • 2.5 cups Whole milk
  • 16 oz Cool Whip whipped topping (Fold 12 ounces into the pudding mixture; use the remaining 4 ounces for the bottom layer)
  • 16 oz Strawberries (Sliced)
  • 1.5 cups Blueberries

Steps

  1. 1

Soften the cream cheese before beginning. Prepare a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and have the graham crackers and sliced berries ready for layering.

  2. 2

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese together with the two boxes of instant vanilla pudding mix until combined and smooth.

  3. 3

Slowly beat the whole milk into the cream cheese and pudding mixture. Continue mixing until the mixture is smooth and thickened.

  4. 4

Fold 12 ounces of the Cool Whip into the pudding mixture until evenly incorporated, taking care not to deflate the whipped topping excessively.

  5. 5

Spread the remaining Cool Whip in an even layer across the bottom of the 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

  6. 6

Arrange a layer of graham crackers over the Cool Whip, covering as much of the bottom as possible. Break crackers as needed to fill gaps.

  7. 7

Spread one-third of the pudding mixture evenly over the graham crackers.

  8. 8

Scatter one-quarter of the sliced strawberries and blueberries over the pudding layer.

  9. 9

Repeat the graham-cracker, one-third-pudding, and one-quarter-berries layering sequence two more times. Finish with berries on top, as directed in the source.

  10. 10

Cover the dish and refrigerate overnight, allowing the graham crackers to soften and the layers to set.

  11. 11

Slice the chilled cake into squares and serve cold.

Notes

The source says to use 12 ounces of Cool Whip in the pudding mixture and also calls for a layer of Cool Whip on the bottom, so the remaining 4 ounces are allocated to the bottom layer. The berry instruction says to use one-quarter of the berries in each repeated layer; reserve enough berries to finish the top. Keep refrigerated.
