Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180 °C) (175°C (350 °F)).
Line a muffin tray with 6 large muffin liners.
In a bowl, combine the muffin-batter flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda.
In another bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, muffin-batter brown sugar, melted salted butter or oil, eggs, yogurt, and vanilla.
Fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture, mixing gently until almost combined.
Add the chocolate chips and fold just until incorporated.
Make the streusel by mixing the streusel flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cold butter with your fingers until crumbly.
Divide the batter evenly among the muffin liners.
Top the muffins generously with streusel.
Bake until a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out mostly clean. The source does not specify a baking time.
Allow the muffins to cool slightly.
For the glaze, mix the powdered sugar, milk, and a splash of vanilla until smooth.
Drizzle the glaze over the muffins using a spoon or fork.
Notes
The source gives no quantity for chocolate chips, no exact baking duration, and no measured amount for the vanilla in the glaze. The listed butter and oil are alternatives; use one, not both.
