Ingredients

  • 200 g light Greek yogurt
  • 50 g light mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp erythritol
  • water (Add a splash gradually until the desired consistency is reached.)

    Add the soy sauce, gochujang, garlic powder, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and erythritol.

    Add a small splash of water and whisk or stir with a spoon until the sauce is smooth.

    Add more water very gradually until the desired consistency is reached. It should be creamy but fluid enough to serve as a sauce.

    Taste the sauce and, if necessary, adjust the consistency with more water. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes
