Ingredients
- 200 g salmon (Skin-on; 200 g per piece)
- 25 g tahini
- 1 orange juice (Juice of 1 orange)
- 2 tbsp white miso
- 1 tbsp tamari
Steps
- 1
Put the tahini, orange juice, white miso, and tamari in a bowl. Whisk until combined. The written method repeats orange juice in this step; the ingredient list gives it once.
- 2
Add the salmon to the bowl and coat both sides with the marinade.
- 3
Marinate for 10–15 minutes.
- 4
For the air-fryer method, place the salmon skin-side down in the air-fryer basket. Air-fry at 190°C (370°F) for 8–10 minutes. For thicker pieces, cook for 12 minutes, check, and continue up to 14 minutes if needed.
- 5
Alternatively, bake in the oven at 200°C (390°F) for 15 minutes.
- 6
Serve with rice and bok choy or broccoli. Spring onion, sesame seeds, furikake seasoning, chilli flakes, and chilli oil are suggested optional accompaniments.
Notes
The source says the recipe serves two. The video transcript plates the salmon with white rice, steamed broccoli, spring onions, furikake seasoning, and optional chilli flakes and oil; the written description also suggests bok choy, sesame seeds, and chilli oil. These accompaniments are not included as quantified ingredients. The source’s marinade step says orange juice twice; tamari appears in the ingredient list and transcript, so it is included in the method.
