Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 460 g before cooking, which is about 460 g per serving.
Steps
Freeze cream soda into ice cubes ahead of time.
In a blender, add the frozen cream soda cubes.
Add 2 tablespoons of butterscotch syrup to the blender.
Add 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to provide extra thickness.
Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth, frozen consistency.
Pour into a glass and top with a big dollop of whipped cream.
Notes
The frozen version uses ice cream to mimic the thick texture of the popular theme park beverage. Ensure the cream soda is fully frozen for the best slushy consistency.
