Ingredients

  • 40 g oats (rolled oats)
  • 5 g chia seeds (chia seeds)
  • 5 g cocoa powder (cocoa powder)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (vanilla extract for the oats)
  • 100 ml coffee (cooled coffee)
  • 150 g low-fat quark (low-fat quark or Greek yogurt)
  • 8 g protein powder (vanilla protein powder)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (vanilla extract for the quark layer)
