Ingredients
- 40 g all-purpose flour
- 5 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp sweetener (Use honey, erythritol, or agave syrup; the author used agave syrup.)
- 80 g Greek yogurt
- 50 ml milk (Add approximately 50 ml; the amount may vary depending on the flour. The batter should have the consistency shown in the video.)
- 10 g dark chocolate (In flakes or chips; half goes into the batter and half on top.)
- 2 g baking powder
- 30 ml milk for the final soaking (Use after baking to soak the dessert.)
Steps
- 1
In a bowl, combine the flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, sweetener, and baking powder.
- 2
Add the Greek yogurt and approximately 50 ml of milk. Mix until smooth; if necessary, add more milk, as the amount may vary depending on the flour. The batter should be thick and creamy, as shown in the video.
- 3
Add half of the dark chocolate chips or flakes and mix to distribute them throughout the batter.
- 4
Transfer the batter to a bowl or ramekin suitable for cooking in an air fryer.
- 5
Sprinkle the remaining dark chocolate over the surface.
- 6
Cook in a preheated air fryer at 180 °C for approximately 9 minutes. The cooking time may vary depending on the air fryer model; the dessert should be cooked through and soft in the center.
- 7
Serve the pangocciolo hot or warm with approximately 30 ml of milk for the final soaking.
